The PP10 is a consortium of organizations and member nations that pledged to the UN their commitment to support individual assessments and access to information in accordance with prior commitments made in Principle 10 of the Rio Pact and in the WSSD implementation plan.
"Ensure access, at the national level, to environmental information and judicial and administrative proceedings in environmental matters, as well as public participation in decision-making, so as to further principle 10 of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, taking into full account principles 5, 7, and 11 of the Declaration."
— Paragraph 128 of the World Summit on Sustainable Development Plan of Implementation, 2002
CEDHA is the first Argentine member of the PP10 coalition
The guiding principles behind the PP10 movement are as follows:
States must guarantee access to information
Access to public participation opportunities with respect to environmental issues
The right to access to justice must be guaranteed: judges are obligated to listen to the public when the official government denies the people this right
